Terms of Service

0. Who we are
Trading Days API (“the Service”) is operated by ZHOU QINGFENG, an individual (sole proprietor) registered in the People’s Republic of China, contactable at [CONTACT, e.g. [email protected]]. By creating an account or using the Service, you enter into these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
The Service provides market holiday and trading calendar data via an API. You agree not to resell or redistribute raw data feeds in a way that competes with the Service without permission.
2. API Keys & Quotas
API keys are personal to your account. Free accounts are limited to 100 requests/month and 1 key. Pro accounts receive 100,000 requests/month, iCal subscription, priority support, and multiple keys. Excessive use may be rate-limited or temporarily banned to protect service reliability.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API key. Do not share it, embed it in client-side code, or commit it to public repositories. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact us immediately; we may rotate or revoke keys to protect the Service.
3. No Warranty
Market data is provided for informational purposes and is verified against official sources but not guaranteed. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abusive usage.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance via our payment provider (Paddle) on a monthly or yearly basis as selected at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Paddle account or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change for future billing cycles; we will notify you before a change takes effect. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where practicable, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes between us that are not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction shall be submitted to the courts of the People’s Republic of China. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including EU/UK consumer protections and the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory law applicable to you, that law prevails.
9. Miscellaneous
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in force. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us.
